Welcome to MicroDrop

MicroDrop is a graphical user interface for the DropBot Digital Microfluidics control system (described in detail in "Fobel et al., Appl. Phys. Lett. 102, 193513 (2013); doi: 10.1063/1.4807118"). If you use this information in work that you publish, please cite as appropriate.

Getting started

Check out the Quick start guide for detailed instructions on downloading and installing MicroDrop. For further instructions on using the software, please see the User guide.

Contributing

All source-code code is open-source and released under the 3-clause BSD License.
