Support reading and writing TCS threshold. Added checkbox to short CE/RE for 2-electrode mode. Finishes #6.

These packages are still technically required, but they do not
install nicely via pip (so there is no advantage to including them)
and including them causes errors when installing this package on
Linux.

ZMQ: Temporary fix to microdrop code to prevent state from resetting until I can figure out why it's listening in the send state.

Fixes #2. OCP experiment saved separately to not overwrite last experiment to make data saving possible.

Implemented version checking and setting of correct gain options in UI (still need to change in experiment to get correct plots)
