Work is actually in progress for a high voltage/current module that can do ±12 V and ±200 mA—I hope to have it available soon. Getting up to 5 A is a bit trickier. There are some op amp ICs that can handle that much current, like the OPA541, but they all have issues with things like voltage swing and bias current. Definitely not impossible, but it would take a fair bit of work.

I actually have a working prototype now. The software doesn't give the correct values for anything so you have to correct them separately, but I'm working on the interface right now.
