- Implemented easy parameter fetching and writing.
	- Updated rest of code to reflect new access syntax
	- Moved parameter sanity checks to separate file

Implemented version checking and setting of correct gain options in UI (still need to change in experiment to get correct plots)

Implemented LSV and global dstat/ADC settings. Separated interfaces into different files. Experiment outputs appropriate instrument commands.
