Skip first part of PMT measurement for FFT

The first part of the PMT measurement is the PMT ramping up to full sensitivity. Should probably skip this when calculating FFT to avoid inconsistent measurements. Could add a preconditioning step first before actual measurement or just a field to control when FFT starts.
