Moved L2 and R8 so they no longer get in the way of J6

Added resistors connecting endstop to 3.3V fixing Issue #3. Updated BOM

Switched RX and TX on atmega chip

* cleanup libraries
* swap voltage regulator and transistors for SMD versions
* add temperature/humidity sensor
* add silkscreen labels
* add gerber, svg, pdf and png outputs
